Arab media reported.

“Tonight, a knife attack was prevented in the area of the Beitin junction. IDF soldiers noticed the suspect and asked him to show documents. He pulled out a knife and approached the forces, which opened fire in response,” the IDF press service confirms.
It is specified that the terrorist was neutralized. There were no reports of casualties among IDF soldiers.

Later it became known that the terrorist died from his wounds. It turned out to be 23-year-old Arab Yasen Khasiv.
