Attack in Jerusalem: the victim is seriously injured

The attack with a knife was carried out near the Ramot Junction in northern Jerusalem.
One person was seriously injured as a result of the attack.
The attacker was neutralized. According to Haruts Sheva, he is in a state of moderate severity.
