In Makhachkala, the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Dagestan opened about 30 criminal cases against participants in mass protests against mobilization. It is reported by OVD-Info. “OVD-Info is conducting five criminal cases involving seven detainees in Makhachkala,” the statement said. Lawyers handle the cases of Adam Gadzhiev, Mukhamma Magomedov, Sultan Akhmedkhanov, Magomed Ubaidulaev and Murad Aligadzhiev, three of whom are involved in the same case. They are charged with using violence against a police officer. The case of Isa Abdulaev and a minor, who are suspected of using violence against a policeman (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code), is also underway. The case file against Akhmedkhanov, Aligadzhiev and Ubaydulaev says that on September 26 they inflicted bodily injuries on a police officer who received a closed craniocerebral injury, concussion of the brain and soft tissue bruises. In turn, the lawyers reported that their clients also had bodily injuries. Some e fractures are possible.
