“Anti-terrorist operation” started in Alma-Ata
In the evening, January 5, in the Kazakh city of Alma-Ata, an “anti-terrorist operation” began.
This was reported by local media.
Information about the operation was confirmed by the vice-mayor of the city. This happened after the seizure of the airport and a number of government agencies.
Many videos have also appeared on the network about looters robbing shops.
