Almost 44 thousand new infections in Israel
The Israeli Ministry of Health announced that 43,915 new infections were detected in the country over the past 24 hours.
362,000 tests were carried out. The rate of positive responses to tests was 12.9%.
The infection rate slightly decreased and amounted to 2.02.
781 patients with coronavirus were hospitalized throughout the country. 254 people are in serious condition, 62 of them are connected to ventilators.
