The court has sentenced British woman Julia Ncomb for cruelty to animals. According to the Express, 95 dogs and dead puppies were found in her home two years ago. In particular, the British kept dachshunds, Labradors and French Bulldogs in terrible conditions. Animal rights activists took the unfortunate animals from her. Some of them had to be euthanized, some of them treated. 78 dogs did not have access to food and water in her home. She kept some animals in the house, literally turning the room into a kennel. Most lived in several master buildings in the yard. Arriving inspectors even found decomposing puppies, which the defendant did not bother to bury. Two days ago, on October 27, a sadist was tried. She got off lightly for animal abuse. Newcomb was banned from keeping dogs for five years and ordered to pay a £1,000 fine. Within 12 months she needs to go through special programs for women.
