Airline error: dog ended up in Saudi Arabia instead of Tennessee

Madison and James Miller say their Labrador Bluebell got stuck on the road for a few days while moving from England to the US.

Somehow, the dog ended up in the Middle East instead of US South. The family says IAG Cargo, a subsidiary of British Airways, has not done enough to address the problem.

“We don't know if he will stay the same after all this stress. It breaks our hearts”,– say the dog's owners.

They paid thousands of dollars to send Bluebell to Nashville, Madison Miller's hometown. But there was no dog when we landed. As a result, the Labrador was found in Saudi Arabia, where she ended up due to the mistake of an IAG Cargo employee.
