A 36-year-old Italian man tested positive for three diseases at once: HIV, coronavirus and monkeypox.

CNBC reports a unique case.

The man returned from a five-day trip to Spain, after which he suffered from fever, sore throat, fatigue and headache. He also developed a rash. He developed all symptoms nine days after his return.

He went to the hospital and underwent tests, which showed that he had three diseases at once.

The man was discharged from the hospital about week since he recovered from monkeypox and COVID.
