In Russia, picketers continue to be fined and detained. This time, a resident of Kazan, who went out into the street at the end of September with a scarf with a harmless inscription, was fined. In particular, the girl wrote: “I love my dad.” In this inscription, law enforcement officers saw “discrediting the army”, imposing a fine of 30 thousand rubles on the girl.
