Naomi Perlman, 91, a resident of Ashkelon, died early this morning after she was hit by a Hamas rocket in her home last May.

This is reported by The Times of Israel.

Naomi Perlman, a Holocaust survivor, received shrapnel wounds to her legs as a result of an explosion that killed her nurse from India. Three weeks after leaving the hospital, Pearlman entered a nursing home. She has been hospitalized several times over the past 9 months, her injuries required treatment and surgery.

She died this morning in a nursing home. She is survived by a son, a daughter, 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. The last descendant of Naomi Perlman was reportedly born last week.

Since Naomi Perlman's death, the Israeli death toll in Operation Wall Guardian has risen to 13.
