Walla correspondent Amir Bukhbut reports that the government has issued work permits to 14,000 Palestinians from Gaza in Israel.
Bukhbut notes that the passage of workers from Gaza to Israel “is surrounded by a lot of bureaucracy, and this is especially felt on Sundays.”
The journalist also reports that “already discussed” approval of another 20,000 work permits for Gazans. According to him, 300,000 Gaza residents have so far applied for such permits.
