  • Quince — 1 kg.

  • Walnuts — 150 gr.

Method of preparation:

  • Quince wash, peel, cut into slices. Add to the pot and pour boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Quince needs to be a little soft. Drain the quinces in a colander.
  • In the water where sensuales quinces, add sugar, stir until the sugar is dissolved. Then put in the quinces. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
  • Then put on a medium heat. Put nuts and half of the lemon (whole). Bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat and cool.
