Ingredients

Salt to taste,

  1. Break two eggs into a bowl, set aside. Cut sausages lengthwise and remove the pulp.
  2. Put the eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water and cook for 3-4 minutes, then place eggs in ice water. Once cooled, very carefully peel it.
  3. Chop the herbs, mix with the pulp of sausages, grated nutmeg, mustard. If necessary, season with salt and pepper. Roll into eight balls.
  4. In the dish pour the flour. Egg whisk. In a bowl put the breadcrumbs.
  5. “Powder” flour hand. Roll out one ball into an oval. The egg break in flour, then place it on the edge of the oval and wrap the meat. Make it so that the meat covered egg.
  6. Soak it in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs. Repeat the procedure with the other eggs.
  7. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Carefully lower in the eggs butter and fry them for four minutes until the ground beef is not crispy.
  8. Before serving, put the eggs on a paper towel to stack excess fat. Serve with a green salad.
