With the exception of toilet and bath, the rooms inside this house are not separated by partitions, informs Rus.Media.
The family, who lives in Fukuoka (Japan), consists of 4 persons. They purchased a plot with an area of 109 sq. m., but it is located on an inclined surface. In connection with unusual terrain, it was necessary to build a house that fully satisfy the queries of family members and at the same time was convenient and comfortable.
It seems that the house has only one floor, however, due to proper planning, actually five of them.
To the left is a staircase on the right – all the main rooms, i.e. living room, kitchen and bedroom, with the exception of the toilet and the bathroom – they are located in the upper left part of the house.
Because the house is very close to the road, it was decided to move the Central window of the entrance at the back of the building, thereby reducing noise and the amount of dirt and dust.
Such free planning, in the full sense of the word, allows all family members to communicate at any time. Parents can see where their children are and what they do.
The furniture is mostly in walls, so the inside is spacious and you can walk freely here and there, nothing on bumping.
The stairs on the left side of the house are tight, but the family is not confused – but freed more space for rooms.
Perhaps the house and differs from the standard, but we can not agree – the decision was quite unusual and quite practical! What do you think about this house with no interior walls, built on a sloping landscape?
