Actual global warming?
A few months ago NASA published a study that shows that Antarctica is increasing more ice than it loses. They concluded after the announcement of the study of the elevation of the ice sheet in the region via satellite.
However, the results contradict the dominant theory that the ice of Antarctica is melting. A document called “Mass gains of the Antarctic ice sheet exceed losses” and published in the “Journal of glaciology”.
The authors of this study work at the space flight Center of NASA Goddard, and the reason for the formation of the ice they are not quite clear, but the article mentions a number of theories.
We should recall that earlier, NASA scientists published a series of articles about global warming, although a lot of the world’s leading scientists have questioned how much impact greenhouse gases have on climate change.
Perhaps there are other factors that contribute to climate change?
Just a few years ago, the area of ice cover in the Antarctic reached a record level. The expansion of the ice cover in the Antarctic, however, covers no more than one-third of the loss of sea ice in the Arctic ocean.
There are many theories regarding this, and one of them – estimated global warming. But not all with this theory I agree.

Valentina Zharkova, Professor of mathematics at the University of Northumbria (UK), presented a model that can predict the influence of solar activity with accuracy to 97% and it shows that the Earth is moving toward a “mini ice age”, which occurs approximately fifteen years.
A new model of the solar cycle of the Sun creates unprecedented accurate prediction of violations for 11-year-old heart rhythm of the Sun. The model uses Dynamo effects in the two layers of the Sun, one close to the surface and one deep in the convection zone.
Predictions of the model suggest that solar activity will decrease by 60% within 2030 years in conditions that were last seen in a “mini-ice age” that began in 1645.
Zharkova and her team came up with a model using a method called “main component analysis of observations of the magnetic field from the Wilcox Solar Observatory in California. Her model predicts that by 2030 and 2040 will experience a significant decline in solar activity, which again will lead to a mini ice age.
In cycle 26 the two waves accurately reflect each other – the peaks occur simultaneously, but in opposite hemispheres of the Sun. Their interaction will be destructive, or they almost cancel each other out.
We predict that this will lead to properties “Maunder minimum”. When the waves approach the phase they enter into a strong interaction or resonance, and we observe a strong solar activity. When they do not correspond to the phase, the observed solar minima.
When there is a complete separation of the phases, conditions reminiscent of those last seen during the Maunder minimum 370 years ago.
Quite interesting, isn’t it? Everyone is talking about the warming of the planet, and nobody expects the glacial period.
