Today I offer to cook a very special meal from the tavern. It turns out tasty with a crispy crust and tender inside, informs Rus.Media.


  • Zucchini — 1 PC.
  • Eggs — 2 PCs.
  • Breadcrumbs 150 gr.
  • Cheese — 50 gr.
  • Basil — 1 tsp.
  • Garlic — 1 tsp
  • Salt — 1 tsp


Cut the zucchini into wedges.

Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, Basil, garlic and salt.

Stir the eggs.

Dip zucchini in eggs, then in breadcrumbs and lay out on a baking sheet.

Put in a preheated 220 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Serve with sour cream and garlic.
