In the summer we love to pamper yourself and your loved ones vareniki with cherries. Taste good they just can’t be! A classic recipe of dumplings with cherries on the water
What we need:
- Flour – 3 cups (be careful that the dough for dumplings failed liquid)
- Water – 1 Cup
- Salt – 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
For the cherry filling:
Clean washed cherry for dumplings from the bones, mix with sugar and flour. Juice, which allowed the fruit, pour into a separate container. Mix the flour with warm water, salt and vegetable oil, knead the dough for dumplings. Place it in a plastic bag and leave for an hour.
Thinly roll out the dough (thickness about 2 mm) and cut into small squares. In the middle of the slices, place the cherry and close up the edges of the dough.
Bring water to boil, a little sunflower. Toss the dumplings and leave until they pop up. Ready vareniki with cherries, pour the juice that was left previously.

What we need:
- Yogurt – 1 Cup
- Flour – 600 gr
- Sugar – 6 tbsp
- Cherry – 600 – 700 gr
- Water – 2 tbsp
- Soda – 1 tsp.
How to cook dumplings with cherry in a couple: step-by-step recipe
Clean the cherries, take 400 grams and mix with sugar. Leave on for 10 minutes, then drain the juice into a separate container.
Take the yogurt for the dumplings with the cherries, add the flour and 3 tablespoons sugar. Then add 1 teaspoon of baking soda so the batter will be magnificent. Knead the dough and leave for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough (thickness 2-3 mm), cut out circles (a glass), on each circle place two of the fetus, shape of the edges of the dough on the dumplings.
Place dumplings on the yogurt on the steamer, pre-lubricated with oil bars. Cook the dumplings with cherries for a couple of 5-7 minutes. If no steamer, place a colander in a pot of boiling water, add dumplings and cover. Cook for 5 minutes.
