Pork kebab on the mineral water

Ingredients:

1.5 pork neck

400 g onions

1 lemon

1 chili pepper

2 tbsp vegetable oil

300 sparkling water

ground black and red pepper

dry oregano

salt

Recipe:

Wash the meat, dry and cut into medium-sized pieces.

Peel the onion, half cut into rings 1 cm thick

In a large bowl, grate the remaining onion, squeeze the lemon juice and add the crushed chilli without seeds. Add the mineral water, oil and spices.

Add the pieces of meat and half of a squeezed lemon. Stir, cover and leave to marinate for 2 hours at room temperature.

Strung meat on skewers, alternating with onion rings. Roast over coals until the meat is cooked, turning occasionally.
