School-age children (6-13): sleep Range widened by one hour to 9 to 11 hours – previously it was from 10 -11 hours.
Teenagers (14-17): sleep Range widened by one hour from 8 to 10 hours a day – previously it was 8.5 to 9.5 hours.
Young people (18-25): sleep Range is 7 to 9 hours – new age category.
Adults (26-64 years): sleep Range does not change and remains 7 to 9 hours a day.
Elderly people (over 65 years): sleep Range from 7 to 8 hours – new age category.
