Delicious pastries: classic sour cream cake

Sour cream – 250 g
Eggs – 3 PCs.
Flour – 1.5 cups.
Sugar – 1 Cup.
Soda – 0.5 tsp.
Vanilla – 1 package.

For the cream:
Sour cream 35% – 400 g
Sugar – 1 Cup.

Method of preparation

1 Dough: Beat the eggs with sugar, add sour cream, add the flour, vanilla, baking powder and carefully mix everything.

2 butter the form and put the dough. Bake in preheated oven at t 180-200 degrees.

3 Cream. Chilled fresh sour cream with a mixer whisk with sugar until smooth and creamy.

4 the Finished cake to cool, cut in half lengthwise, brush with cream and coat them with the cake outside. Leave to soak in fridge for 1-2 hours.

5 Decorate the cake with grated chocolate and chopped nuts.
