You will need:
- 2 cups very fine semolina (290 g);
- 1 Cup flour (145 g);
- 1 teaspoon of dry yeast;
- 1 sachet of baking powder;
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (optional);
- 1 tsp sugar;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 4 cups warm water (80 to 90 degrees).
Method of preparation:
Yeast pour warm water, add to them sugar, so they quickly came to life. Leave them for 15 minutes in a warm place.
In a bowl sift the flour, add other dry ingredients: semolina, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar.
