 200-megapixel cameras and capacious batteries: Samsung presented top smartphones and laptops

Announced on Wednesday, Samsung's flagship Galaxy S23 impresses with a powerful battery, powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor from Qualcomm and excellent image quality from a new-generation 200-megapixel camera.Together with the flagship Samsung presented the S23 and S23+ in metal and glass cases with fast and bright screens. The phones run Android 13 with five years of support and are made from more recycled materials than ever before, including 22% recycled glass in the new screens and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 back.

Equipped with Samsung's popular S Pen for writing, drawing and annotating documents, the Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 6.8-inch screen and is Samsung's most expensive die-hard phone in the lineup. The quad camera system includes two zoom lenses and a 200MP camera, delivering significantly better low-light performance and instantaneous focus.

Samsung's new series of four premium Windows 11 laptops comes with the latest 13th Gen Intel Core processors and crisp 3K Amoled screens with a 120Hz refresh rate. They are made of aluminum and contain components made from recycled ocean plastic.

The Galaxy Book 3 Pro comes with a 14″ or 16″ screen in a traditional clamshell design. It features 28W Intel Core i5 or i7 chips, a selection of USB-C/Thunderbolt 4, USB-A and HDMI ports, and a microSD card slot.

Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 – version “two in one” with a 16″ touch screen that can be folded into a tablet. It features an S Pen for drawing and writing on the screen and 5G connectivity.

Galaxy Book 3 Ultra – the largest and most productive of the new line of Samsung laptops. It features a 16-inch screen, more powerful 45W Intel Core i7 or i9 processors, and Nvidia RTX4050 or 4070 graphics cards designed for creatives and gamers.

Leo Gebbi, Principal Analyst at CCS Insight believes that consumers love the durability and longevity of Samsung gadgets.

“People want their smartphones to last longer and believe that this is the most important thing tech companies can do to reduce their impact on the environment”,– he said.
