17-year-old arrested for attacking IDF soldier in Hebron

Police arrested a 17-year-old teenager on suspicion of assaulting a female soldier in Hebron during riots on Saturday. He will appear before the Jerusalem District Court in the morning.

A 19-year-old soldier, herself a resident of Hebron, was attacked by an Israeli citizen while more than 30,000 people were in the city as part of the Shabbat Hai Sarah event. She was beaten with a stick and required medical attention. “It just ruined Shabbat for us,” her father said the other day to future Homeland Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir. “My daughter is injured, I don't understand how a barbarian could hit her.”
