13-year-old terrorist stole a gun from a relative

According to the CAN channel, a 13-year-old terrorist who attacked in the City of David in Jerusalem stole a gun from his relative in order to carry out a terrorist attack.
The terrorist was neutralized 23-year-old man, whom he injured. He is a veteran of the Paratrooper Brigade.
